Annual Levy is a “special tax” imposed to all Cyprus registered companies. From 2011 and onward, a yearly levy of €350 is imposed to all Cyprus companies, and its payable on the 30th of June each year.


How can I check which years the levy is paid?

The only way to check which years the levy is paid, is through the registrar of companies website:

Step 1: Navigate to the registrar of companies website

Step 2: On the left side click on the “online services” and then on the “Organisation and Name Search/ Annual Company Fee”

Step 3: Place the registration number of the company you would like to check and click next.

Step 4: The company will appear below. Click on the company, and then click on the “Statement of Annual Company Fee”. All the payments should be stated on this section.


How can I pay the Annual Levy of 2019?

The best way to pay the levy is through the online platform of JCC. See below a step by step guide on how to pay:

Step 1: Navigate to the www.jccsmart.com website

Step 2: Click on the tab “Annual Company Fee” (usually it can be found in the popular services section)

Step 3: Choose the Annual Levy Year. Note, that if you haven’t yet pay the 2018 Levy, penalties will be imposed.

Step 4: At this stage, you will have to log in to proceed. If you don’t have an existing account with JCC, you will need to create one by clicking the “register” link as below

Step 5: After you successfully login, you will be directed to the below page. Place the registration number of the company you would like to pay and click next. (Make sure you use Latin characters)

Step 6: If the levy is unpaid, you will be directed to input your Visa card details to finalize the payment. Make sure you save the receipt for future reference.
